I hate calling businesses, so I built something that does it for me. You give it a number and one line of intent. It dials, works the phone tree, waits on hold, talks to the representative, and hands back a written outcome.
You watch a live transcript the whole time, and can type it a private instruction, listen in, or take the call over mid-sentence. I built the SwiftUI app and the Node/TypeScript backend: Twilio ConversationRelay for real-time speech, OpenAI for reasoning, verified caller ID, encrypted case state, StoreKit per-minute billing, and fail-closed kill switches.
